Join our dog training club for fun classes and supportive memberships serving the Hickory, NC area.
Our Mission
Members of the Catawba Valley Obedience Club are dog owners, breeders, trainers, and exhibitors who meet weekly to train and socialize their dogs.
Our purpose is to promote the advancement of well-behaved dogs and responsible dog ownership. CVOC is a non-profit organization founded in 1981, and all of our instructors are volunteers.
Classes & Training
At CVOC, we offer a variety of dog training classes and annual membership.
The Catawba Valley Obedience Club offers a variety of training classes structured to fit each dog’s needs and the handler’s goals.
Participate in off-site training scheduled for club member or work toward specific skill titles.
Flexible membership plans to keep your dog engaged and progressing.
Training Location
920 29th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601
We train every Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Foothills Gymnastics (around the parking lot to the back of the building), located at 920 29th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601. Exceptions for holidays or special events will be announced.
